C.A.R. develops an annual National Program Packet that provides the program focus of each committee for the year based on the National Theme. The packet includes suggested activities for each committee to help local societies educate and train members. The National Society is also providing these programs-in-a-box which are self-contained programs for each committee to help societies meet the program’s purpose by providing activities, scripts, and supply lists to reduce the time necessary to plan meetings.
