OFFICER AND CHAIRMAN REPORT FORMAT
Writing reports is not difficult, but some formatting points are very important to preserve our reports for future generations of C.A.R. leadership. If you ever have questions about report formats, please contact the Recording Secretary for the appropriate National Board. Further details can be found in the Standing Rules -- located in the C.A.R. Handbook!

- Date reported
- Typed in third person on standard size 8½ x 11-inch white bond paper
- 1½-inch left margin
- No staples, punched holes, or stationery. (This includes letterhead)

Please follow the guidelines that are set by the National Society in the document provided. All reports must be submitted to the Senior National Recording Secretary with both signatures by 1:00pm Friday of the in-person Convention. Only reports submitted on time with both signatures will be read during National Convention; all others will be filed. All reports will be reviewed before the business session. Any reports that include a travel log or events unrelated to C.A.R. or the person's position will be handed back for corrections. If corrections are not made, the report will be filed.
After reading your report during Convention, please hand them in either to the National Recording Secretary or the Senior National Recording Secretary signed by both you and your senior. If you have any questions please email the National Recording Secretary and the Senior National Recording Secretary.
Senior National Board (including Senior National Officers, Senior State Presidents, and Senior National Chairmen):
Your reports should follow the guidelines above, but your member is not required to sign your report.
