FEES: $35 for 1st applicant [$15.00 application fee, $20.00 yearly membership fee]; $30.00 for each additional applicant with same parents, and same patriot submitted at the same time [$10.00 application fee, $20.00 yearly membership fee].

Supplemental Applications based on a different patriot can be submitted using the N.S.C.A.R. Application for membership after a C.A.R. National Number has been issued. Supplemental Fee: $25 per supplemental
